The Jeans
That Will
Get You
Through
Summer

During the warmer months, wearing jeans can sometimes prove problematic. The constant heat and rising humidity can make for sloppy (and often swampy) conditions if you start sweating through your jeans by lunch. Thankfully, there are options these days cut from thinner denim fabric—generally between 11 and 13 ounces in weight—which allow you to comfortably wear jeans without suffocating your lower half.

One of our favorite pairs is by Taylor Stitch (above). The brand had the incredible foresight to buy up as much American-made Cone Mills White Oak selvedge denim before the famed North Carolina mill shuttered last year. Which makes these jeans, stone-washed for a perfectly broken-in look and feel, some of the last of their kind. Check them out, along with our other Valet.-vetted seasonally appropriate picks.
