We've always heard good things about Minh at L & A Tailoring in the North Park neighborhood of San Diego. He's an expert at suits and while he might not be the cheapest around, his prices are fair, his turn around is quick and he's honest about fit. Two things of note: It's cash only, and they're closed on Sunday.
