The ladies at Marfiel's Tailors work out of a little house on the east side of Austin and are known for their easy-going attitude. Bring in whatever you need tailored and they'll have you try it on, quickly pin it to the desired fit and, since all the work is done in house, it's ready for you in just a few days. They also beat nearly every decent tailor in town in terms of pricing. Denim is altered (with original hems) for $13.50. A pair of dress pants would run you about $11.
